1. Eligibility for Returns

- Customized, stitched, or altered items are not eligible for return.
- All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Return Process

        - Clear images of the product showing the issue.
         
        2 Approval: Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns. You will receive a return authorization email.
        3 Ship Back: Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to the return address provided in the email. The shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
        4 Inspection: Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. If it meets our return criteria, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be processed.

3. Refunds and Store Credit

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
- Shipping and customization charges are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

- “Ready to Ship” products that meet all described specifications.

5. Exchanges

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
